Getting Started
- First, login into your your Sprint Developer User name and Password.
Next, register your handset at the
User Management
page to use the Sprint provided demo
application that highlights the different service capabilities
(if you do not have a Sprint handset, then you can use the provided
emulator.
- Go to the
User Management page and register your device phone
number
- Once you have registered your device, it will receive a SMS
message requesting you to opt-in
- Click on the provided URL in the SMS and complete the opt-in
process
- In the Getting Started
page use the Sprint provided demo application that highlights the
different service capabilities
- Location:
Will find the location of the provided phone number
- Message:
You can send a message to the provided phone number
- Presence:
You can check the status of the device on the
Sprint network
- Build out the specific
Sprint Services
you wish to incorporate into your web page.

- You will need to use the generated certificate in
each of your service request
- Sprint has also provided a list of available third
party services that can be used to integrate with Sprint
services to enable mash-ups.
- Utilize the
Phone Emulator as your test phone. The emulator is able to
return responses as if the phone was an actual Sprint phone.

Sprint device
