  • What type of technology is your LBS service using ?

    It is a Sprint network based fix, which is using our cell towers to triangulate the requested device - the approximate accuracy is around 100 meters

  • What type of devices can these services be used against ?

    Currently the Sprint services are available for CDMA devices only - we are evaluating solutions for iDEN devices

  • Can we modify/adjust the settings of the Sprint services (ex: modify the LBS service) ?

    No, to ensure the simplicity of using the Sprint services we have defined the settings for the service implementations.
    If you need the ability to dynamically adjust the service settings then we recommend working with a Sprint Platform enabler

  • What is the SLAs around the Sprint Developer Sandbox ?

    Sprint has provided this as a Sandbox environment for developers and is not meant to be a production platform
    that you have SLA dependencies on
