The web emulator phone is designed to return test responses as
if the phone was a real phone. Only Presence, Location and SMS APIs responses
are simulated through the emulator. For example,
by moving the phone pin, the test MDN will return the pin's
location when a location API request for the test MDN is sent.
Similarly, when a SMS API request is sent, the SMS will be
recieved on the emulator webpage.
